Optimal Oral Health

Regular dental cleanings and hygiene appointments are the foundation of preventive dental care. During these cleanings, we thoroughly remove plaque and debris from every surface of your teeth and gums, helping to maintain a bright and beautiful smile. We recommend that most patients schedule routine cleanings and exams every six months.
However, good oral hygiene doesn’t stop at our office. Consistent brushing and flossing at home are just as crucial for optimal oral health. Use a fluoride-rich toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush to brush your teeth at least twice daily for two minutes each time. Remember to floss daily, preferably before bedtime, to remove food particles, plaque, and bacteria that brushing alone can’t reach.
